“Hare's Ear” (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.)
If economy packaged in a small charming log cabin appeals to you, this is a perfect cabin for one person or a couple. It is a small, rustic one room cabin just big enough for the full size bed, small table and kitchen. It's clean, cute and offers a grassy area out the front door with a picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit. Parking is limited to one vehicle.
• Approximately 230 square feet
• One full size bed
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hairdryer, trash bags, dish soap
• Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent, shampoo and toiletries
• Parking limited to 1 vehicle (Additional vehicles and trailers require parking separate from the cabin. Fees may apply.)
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional nightly fee, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 2 people. There is an additional fee of $10/person/night for extra persons (ages 7 and over). Maximum occupancy is 2. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.   My wife and I visited Cabin 8 for the second time now in two years. We visited for the first time in 2022, since we enjoyed it so much the first time we booked again this year. Our second stay was just as nice and enjoyable as the first! We had a fire out front in the fire pit both nights we stayed. We cooked one night on the gas stove and ate at the BBQ smoke house the second night. The cabin comes fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker, etc. There is a private picnic table out front of the cabin if you prefer to eat outside.
  
  The cabin is in a great location, close to Gunnison, Crested Butte, and Taylor Reservoir/River. Fishing is literally steps away from the cabin in the Taylor River. Having the BBQ smoke house, small grocery, and fly shop on premise is an absolute plus! The BBQ is great and highly recommended. The staff was wonderful and friendly. We will definitely be back to stay at Three Rivers again in the future!

  This was a nice place to stay and close to OHV riding trails. We stayed in the small cabins. Room enough for two since we were outside until bedtime. The only issues we had were the bed was not comfortable, and the restaurant service was not the best. We would go back, but would definitely rent one of the other cabin options.

  Cute! Somewhat sparse, but overall a cozy little cabin. Some cabins offer more than others, so take a look at which one you're reserving. The location is fantastic and gorgeous, and check-in was very easy and everything was explained very well. The cabin was clean and ready and had a heater so we weren't cold at night. The food at the restaurant was a bit underwhelming for the price, but it's the nearest/only option if you don't bring your own food cook (unless you go into town a short drive away). Not a huge downside because the cabin did have a kitchen and fridge, so if you plan for that, it's perfect!
  
  I attended a wedding also held at Three Rivers Resort and had an amazing time. I also managed to sneak away before the wedding for a quick horseback ride through the Crested Butte aspen trees (check out Fantasy Ranch if you like well-treated and laid-back trail horses)!
  
  I'd definitely stay here again!

  Compact space but cute decor and well stocked kitchen. Everything was very clean with a spacious bathroom. We enjoyed sitting in front and eating at the picnic table. There is lots of fishing around, we spent one day up in Crested Butte which is not far away. The convenience/souvenir store onsite was great.   Three Rivers was a awesome place to meet for a family reunion. Cabins were clean and had everything we needed. The landscape was beautiful. Horse shoes, tether ball, white water rafting, fishing, and many more fun opportunities to spend quality time with family. The kids and grandchildren loved it and want to meet again next year.   Perfect little cabin for a couple at get away for a few nights. Cabin had all the utensils, oven, stove, fridge, etc for cooking needs. Convenient fire pit, table, and grill outside. It was nice to have the resort store available right down the road. We also booked rafting and a got a discount, highly recommended as well!! Our only complaint was the pillows, so we asked the staff for some extra. Overall very pleased

  My two nights stay in cabin 8 was quiet and relaxing and was otherwise clean, and nice for myself. My only recommendation would be to have maintenance sand the bottom of the front door because it rubs a high spot on the floor so it’s somewhat of challenge to open when the hands are full.

  Very good experience, clean and cozy. Great location Missing hair dryier , and room in a lodge had only one window with air condition unit in it, so there was no way to get that open for the fresh air.
  We enjoyed rafting trip on Taylor river, arranged straight from the hotel. Highly recommended. Overall very good experience during the stay at Three Rivers.
