“Royal Coachman” (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.)
This value-priced, rustic style cabin offers all of the necessities in one large room. There are two full beds plus a futon to sit on. The full kitchen is stocked with the basics and outside the front door is a small grassy area with a picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit. It also borders the playground so perfect for families. Parking is limited to one vehicle.
• Approximately 390 square feet
• Two full size beds and fold out futon
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, trash bags, dish soap
• Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent, hairdryer, shampoo and toiletries
• Parking limited to 1 vehicle (Additional vehicles and trailers may require parking separate from the cabin. Fees may apply.)
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional nightly fee, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. There is an additional fee of $10/person/night for extra persons (ages 7 and over). Maximum occupancy is 6. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.   We stayed for two nights with three people and had a great time. It's maybe 20 minutes from Crested Butte and less than 15 minutes from Gunnison so very convenient jumping off point to explore. The cabin had everything in the kitchen we needed and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and well-kept.

  Only two issues, loud motorcycles at 11 & 11:30 at night coming from the MH section of the resort. The second was people in cabin 9, being very loud sitting around fire pit at midnight, no respect for other people.

  What more could one need than the refreshing Taylor river, cool breezes, gorgeous vistas, blue skies, and a comfortable space to stay! Three Rivers was just the cure for the all those COVID months. Every staff member we encountered was professional, courteous and (genuinely) happy to be at 3Rivers!. Our cabin was properly cleaned and maintained with all the basic necessities. The location is perfect for easy drives to Crested Butte and Gunnison for all that is offered in the summer, along with longer excursions to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison and wineries in the Paonia area. 3Rs offers every river adventure you might dream about, and they do so with class!
