“Blue Quill” (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.)

Cabins 23-25 and 30 are all identical. They sit at the base of “Lookout Point” in perhaps the most peaceful off-river setting on the resort property. These one bedroom cabins provide all of the basics. The cabin has a separate bedroom, living area and kitchen. Outside there is an open, covered patio with picnic table.
• Approximately 430 square feet.
• Queen size bed in the bedroom and fold out futon in living room
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, trash bags, dish soap
• Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent, hairdryer, shampoo and toiletries
• Plenty of parking here for 2 vehicles and toy trailers
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional nightly fee, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 2 people. There is an additional fee of $10/person/night for extra persons (ages 7 and over). Maximum occupancy is 4. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.   This is the perfect getaway for a visit to Colorado. If you're not into the crowds of mountain towns but still want to be close enough to the action, this is the place for you. The accommodations were quiet, comfortable and clean. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the folks at the office were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The restaurant has BBQ that is excellent. We will be back!

  Just one night but it was very pleasant. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and had everything one would need. One thing that would make an improvement would be to give the front inside entry a dark brown stain or change the material (finished grade plywood) with a dark brown stain.

  For decades my family has vacationed to Three Rivers at Almont, so staying in these cabins feels like coming home. Everything was wonderful. The cabins are clean & well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and we love cozying up around a campfire each night while listening to the Taylor River.   Nice place. Nothing fancy. Our tv never worked. Called front desk and they sent maintenance out. He said he didn’t know much about TVs and said go fishing or rafting. Walked out the door. Never heard from anyone again.
