Cabins 27, 28 and 29 are the same type of cabin. Considered “premium” lodging, they are some of our most popular cabins for larger families or groups. These cabins feel more like a home than a mountain cabin. There are two private bedrooms downstairs and upstairs is an open, full size loft (an adult can stand fully) with additional beds and space for belongings. If you like a cabin to feel more like home than camp, this cabin is for you.
• Approximately 1152 square feet
• Queen size bed in each bedroom and 2 additional queen size beds in the loft
• Sink/Vanity in each bedroom
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hairdryer, trash bags, dish soap
• Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent, shampoo and toiletries
• Plenty of parking here for 2 vehicles and toy trailers
• All Three Rivers Resort guests have access to private fishing on the Taylor River bordering the resort property.
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional nightly fee, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 8 people. Maximum occupancy is 8. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.   This was a great a place to stay. We enjoyed our time in this cabin. There are a few maintenance items that should be addressed throughout the cabin. Someone needs to go through the cabin once a year, to make sure everything is working properly.

  The cabins were side by side that we rented which allowed our large group the ability to be with each other with no effort. All the amenities worked and the cabins were well appointed. We loved the location and proximity to the Gunnison river as we fished all day via guides for Willow Fly shop and then walked to the river after dinner to fish some more. The cabins were quite , backed up to a beautiful back yard and accommodated our large group comfortably. Would definitely recommend a long stay at this resort as it has so much to offer everyone. If you get a chance visit the in property smoke house as Michelle and her staff do a great job.

  We found Three Rivers to be a convenient and tranquil place to stay when visiting Crested Butte during area’s famous wildflower and fall color displays. Three Rivers is away from the busy tourist center but is a short scenic drive from all the attractions the Gunnison area has to offer. The facilities are well maintained and comfortable. If you stay in a cabin on the river, you can fall asleep and wake up to the sound of water burbling over the rocks. In between, you can relax on the riverside or engage in many fun activities they offer. The management and the staff are wonderful people who would make your stay truly enjoyable.

  We took two of our grandchildren, ages 3y and 8y. We had a wonderful time. Cabin was perfect. Rafting lower Taylo with grandkids was lot of fun. They had a ball. Ate at restaurant there twice and was great both times. Wait staff was excellent! Great vacation for a family!!
