Cabins 57-67 are identical styles. These deluxe tiny home “mountain chalets” on the Taylor River offer all the amenities of a cabin in a modern and compact package. They are perfect cabins for families. The best feature is that you are literally steps away from the river. The cabin has a private bedroom downstairs and a low ceiling (4 feet high) sleeping loft upstairs with mattresses on the floor. Kids love to have their own space to crawl around up here. If anyone is very big or tall, these may not be the best cabin choice. *Note of caution for small children: the steps going up to the loft are steep and narrow and could present a falling hazard. The railing in the upper sleeping loft is high but a small child could potentially climb over, presenting a dangerous falling hazard. If you have small children, a gate for the loft stairwell is recommended.
• Approximately 400 square feet
• The bedroom has a Queen size bed and the loft has 2 double mattresses on the floor
• Full size sofa in living room (not a hide-a-bed)
• Covered open deck with patio table/chairs and riverside picnic table with fire pit and charcoal grill
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, trash bags, dish soap
• Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), hairdryer, shampoo and toiletries
• Parking is very tight in these cabins and is limited to 2 vehicles per unit or a vehicle and small trailer (not longer than a full size pick-up truck) unhitched and parked side by side with the vehicle. Additional vehicles and longer trailers may require parking separate from the cabin and fees may apply.
• All Three Rivers Resort guests have access to private fishing on the Taylor River bordering the resort property.
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional nightly fee, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. Maximum occupancy is 4. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.   We loved our stay in cabin 59! Being right on the river was our favorite part. We loved being able to hear the river throughout the cabin with open windows. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. It was chilly outside, but cozy inside with the heaters in every room and the electric fire place was a nice touch. The only complaint we have is that the beds weren't very comfortable. The queen bed downstairs was especially hard and I ended up on the couch most nights. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

  The cabin at Three Rivers was great for a weekend getaway. The property was very clean, there were adequate amenities and items in the cabin itself, and the staff was helpful. The cost for 2 people was on the high side, but it is getting to the end of their peak season.

  This cabin is right on the Taylor River, so there's a beautiful view right from the patio. It's peaceful and charming and we be back to stay here again. The restaurant serves up delicious food and it's a convenient walk across the street.

  Our main activity was ATV riding in the mountains. There was so many different types of scenery wherever we went, I couldn’t explain all of it. My favorite was the fields and fields of wildflowers. The scenery was beautiful! We were lucky enough to see wildlife, such as elk, moose, and mountain sheep. We spent one day rafting, and that was a fabulous experience as well. Our guide, Charlie was top notch.
  We came to this resort for the first time last year and only stayed two nights. We stayed five nights this time. We rented one of the cabins on the river. The cabins are very clean and extremely comfortable. There is nothing to complain about at all! The staff was always very friendly. The restaurant has incredible food and friendly staff there as well.
  We are definitely coming back!

  The employees and restaurant are great! We left a laptop. They looked for it. Packed it and sent it to us. The only complaint is the couches are old. They smell like BO. The mattress was old lumpy and the top cover was torn, worn out. Overall very satisfied. Just needs updated furniture and bedding.

  Excellent stay. Despite the overall size, very practical and cozy cabin. Convenient to all areas.
  Only drawback is the tightness of the bedroom which can be very difficult for movement around the bed.

  Overall we really enjoyed our time at Three Rivers. We rented two cabins with our daughter, son in law and grandchildren in a neighboring cabin. We have previously stayed at Three Rivers and in cabin 22. The style or layout of the cabins is a little tight. You have to turn sideways to enter the main floor bedroom. It is just a little cramped in terms of design and has more of a camper feel as opposed to a cabin feel. The staff however is great and very professional. The property was exceptionally clean.

  My family of four had an amazing time here! We stayed 3 nights in Cabin 59 which is right alongside the Taylor River. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and really well maintained. Others have commented about the low ceiling in the loft ... this didn't bother us at all and my two (very tall) teenagers easily slept upstairs. During our downtime we loved sitting, reading, and talking outside with the beautiful view and the sound of the river. The entire staff and management was so helpful and knowledgeable - we spent our days hiking, rafting, and exploring Crested Butte which is a short drive away. This is a magical place and we will return!

  Another wonderful stay at Three Rivers Resort. Cabin clean, good Covid precautions by management. Great fishing for three days with my favorite guide Patrick Blackdale. My wife stayed in cabin reading and quilting and enjoying seeing mountain sheep drinking from river. Recommend Three Rivers without hesitation. Good location, food on site but also restaurant options close, staff very accommodating.

  We had not visited Three Rivers in about seven or eight years after having been fairly regular for over twenty years. The resort continues to impress with its amenities and its personal service.
  
  Rafting was exciting with Ryan ring a great guide. He kept everyone on their toes and made the trip memorable. Even as seniors we felt safe while being exhilarated. Fishing is always good on the Taylor and new friends met made the stay even better.
  
  Do not pass up the opportunity to get to know the resort. It is the best.
