Cabins 57-67 are identical styles. These deluxe tiny home “mountain chalets” on the Taylor River offer all the amenities of a cabin in a modern and compact package. They are perfect cabins for families. The best feature is that you are literally steps away from the river. The cabin has a private bedroom downstairs and a low ceiling (4 feet high) sleeping loft upstairs with mattresses on the floor. Kids love to have their own space to crawl around up here. If anyone is very big or tall, these may not be the best cabin choice. *Note of caution for small children: the steps going up to the loft are steep and narrow and could present a falling hazard. The railing in the upper sleeping loft is high but a small child could potentially climb over, presenting a dangerous falling hazard. If you have small children, a gate for the loft stairwell is recommended.
• Approximately 400 square feet
• The bedroom has a Queen size bed and the loft has 2 double mattresses on the floor
• Full size sofa in living room (not a hide-a-bed)
• Covered open deck with patio table/chairs and riverside picnic table with fire pit and charcoal grill
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hairdryer, trash bags, dish soap
• Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent, shampoo and toiletries
• Parking is very tight in these cabins and is limited to 2 vehicles per unit or a vehicle and small trailer (not longer than a full size pick-up truck) unhitched and parked side by side with the vehicle. Additional vehicles and longer trailers may require parking separate from the cabin and fees may apply.
• All Three Rivers Resort guests have access to private fishing on the Taylor River bordering the resort property.
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional nightly fee, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. Maximum occupancy is 4. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.   This cabin on the river is so cute! It is a bit snug in the bathroom and bedroom, but having a "living room" is convenient. Most evenings were spent on the porch/deck listening to the river and relaxing.

  My wife and I had the privilege to stay at the Three Rivers Resort in Almont CO from 5-16 August in the riverside Quill Gordon Cabin 60. The cabin was very nicely furnished, comfortable, and accommodated all of our needs. The sounds of the Taylor River outside the cabin was soothing, the air crisp, and the stay was exceptional. We will be back again next year to enjoy the area and fly fish the Gunnison County rivers. The management team for the property has kept all of the amenities in excellent condition, clean, well maintained, and are quick to respond to any inquiries. The location offers quick access to Crested Butte, Gunnison, and surrounding locations. I have recommended the property to multiple friends and family who have also enjoyed the resort.

  We really enjoyed our trip to Three Rivers Resort! The cabin was clean and comfortable! Just steps from the river with a large deck - nice snd breezy but n the mornings. The raft trip was a gorgeous relaxing trip to Garlic Mikes for dinner. Part of our group ate at the restaurant on site and all reviews were great! Will definitely be back next year!

  These cabins down on the river are just perfect. One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything anyone needs to cook anything. Bed was comfortable.   The cabin's bay window facing the Taylor River was perfect. The picnic table, fire pit and grill along with the table on the patio made it easy to spend time outside near the river. The cabin had all of the convenience of home with a full kitchen. The rocking chair added a nice touch. The cabin was clean. We felt like we had our own private slice of heaven. We can not wait to visit again and would recommend this property. This area is a perfect location for hiking, fishing, jeeping, and photography.

  The property is fine and you can't beat the location. It is like a tiny home and the bedroom and bathroom are very cramped. I would suggest they need a carpet cleaning, a good dusting and some air fresheners to make it feel more fresh.

  This is a very nice space for 2 right on the river. The cabin was clean and well stocked, with the exception of the carpeting, which should be replaced with an easier to clean flooring. but that’s minor. the staff is very helpful. Good services available like rafting, fishing guides, etc. Cabins are very close together. We enjoyed grilling outside and sitting on the porch.

  I don't think I would pay that kind of money again. We did not have any television service for the first day, and it was snowy and cold our first night, so we had to stay in. We had to huddle around a laptop, using a hot-spot to watch a movie. The hot water was hit and miss, making showers less than pleasurable. We had just a thin blanket on the bed, like a fleece type. No other linens or bedding in the cabin.
  The cabin itself was nice and comfortable.
