Cabins 57-67 are identical styles. These deluxe tiny home “mountain chalets” on the Taylor River offer all the amenities of a cabin in a modern and compact package. They are perfect cabins for families. The best feature is that you are literally steps away from the river. The cabin has a private bedroom downstairs and a low ceiling (4 feet high) sleeping loft upstairs with mattresses on the floor. Kids love to have their own space to crawl around up here. If anyone is very big or tall, these may not be the best cabin choice. *Note of caution for small children: the steps going up to the loft are steep and narrow and could present a falling hazard. The railing in the upper sleeping loft is high but a small child could potentially climb over, presenting a dangerous falling hazard. If you have small children, a gate for the loft stairwell is recommended.
• Approximately 400 square feet
• The bedroom has a Queen size bed and the loft has 2 double mattresses on the floor
• Full size sofa in living room (not a hide-a-bed)
• Covered open deck with patio table/chairs and riverside picnic table with fire pit and charcoal grill
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hairdryer, trash bags, dish soap
• Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent, shampoo and toiletries
• Parking is very tight in these cabins and is limited to 2 vehicles per unit or a vehicle and small trailer (not longer than a full size pick-up truck) unhitched and parked side by side with the vehicle. Additional vehicles and longer trailers may require parking separate from the cabin and fees may apply.
• All Three Rivers Resort guests have access to private fishing on the Taylor River bordering the resort property.
**For VRBO guests, please refer to your reservation confirmation sent to your email after booking for check-in and unit details. We operate like a hotel with a front desk.**
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional nightly fee, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. Maximum occupancy is 4. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.   We stayed in cabin 63. Walked 10 feet off porch and you are at river’s edge. What a view. Fishing wasn’t great right at cabin since late in the season and there has been lots of artificial lures thrown at them. I could sit on that porch for hours and listen to the river. You could feel the stress drain away. Great friendly staff too.

  The mattresses need to be replaced. This was our fourth year at three rivers and in four different cabins. We had to bring our own foam mattress
  pad in order to be able to sleep. Also the shower diverter valve needs replacing. The refrigerator made excessive noise most of the night and made it difficult to sleep.

  The rental unit was a small and quant cabin which had just about everything you need. The view was a wonderful addition to the clean cabin. Especially when their team shoveled our walkway after a snowfall. We also enjoyed the satellite TV especially for a remote place. Easy access to CB and Gunnison allowed for us to use this place as very central 'base camp' for all the activities at hand. Overall would come back here and recomend this place to anyone visiting the area at all points of the year.

  Great views from the living room of the Taylor River. I took my dogs and the area was clean even though there were many dogs. For a facility that allows dogs, it was very well kept.   Three Rivers covers all the bases. Gunnison or Crested Butte for the day, take your pick. This property has never been anything but awesome every time we have stayed. It’s just hard to beat Colorado when you can hear the river going by your cabin.

  A friend dragged me here. I was a bit put off by the price, as I was pulling my own travel trailer. They were't able to accommodate a winter slot, so I digressed. Oh my goodness ... I didn't want to leave! I'm from New England ... we are hard, uptight people. I treat my house like a **** museum. I have never been in such a clean rental. There wasn't an ounce of yuck anywhere to be found. Super quaint, the upstairs was magical for the kids, and they had everything I needed to cook for my family ... it was so nice not having to drag my stuff in from my RV. Pots and pans were stainless, not that toxic non-stick coated stuff. I could go on and on. Check-in was seamless, they were so easy to deal with. We'll definitely be back if we find ourselves out in that part of CO again!

  Location is great, but the bed was very hard (needs replacement), there was mold in the shower, leak in kitchen faucet that soaked the carpet (leak was fixed but carpet was still wet when we left).
