Cabins 57-67 are identical styles. These deluxe tiny home “mountain chalets” on the Taylor River offer all the amenities of a cabin in a modern and compact package. They are perfect cabins for families. The best feature is that you are literally steps away from the river. The cabin has a private bedroom downstairs and a low ceiling (4 feet high) sleeping loft upstairs with mattresses on the floor. Kids love to have their own space to crawl around up here. If anyone is very big or tall, these may not be the best cabin choice. *Note of caution for small children: the steps going up to the loft are steep and narrow and could present a falling hazard. The railing in the upper sleeping loft is high but a small child could potentially climb over, presenting a dangerous falling hazard. If you have small children, a gate for the loft stairwell is recommended.

• The bedroom has a Queen size bed and the loft has 2 double mattresses on the floor
• Full size sofa in living room (not a hide-a-bed)
• Shared hot tub (just for cabins 57-67)
• Covered open deck with patio table/chairs and riverside picnic table with fire pit and charcoal grill
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hairdryer, trash bags, dish soap
• Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent, shampoo and toiletries
• Parking is very tight in these cabins and is limited to 2 vehicles per unit or a vehicle and small trailer (not longer than a full size pick-up truck) unhitched and parked side by side with the vehicle. Additional vehicles and longer trailers may require parking separate from the cabin and fees may apply.
• All Three Rivers Resort guests have access to private fishing on the Taylor River bordering the resort property.
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional nightly fee, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. Maximum occupancy is 4. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.   Very nice place to relax and chill and I do mean chill. 43F in the AM. In August. Although we do not fish, it appears that the fishing is awesome. Clean place to stay, sort of reminds me of the Y in Estes Park Co. The only time we seen manager was at ck in and out. John the lawn service was awesome. Looked like a bear brought lunch down from the dumpster and scattered it across the river bank from our cabin. Looked like a dump. Was like that when we got to our cabin. It was on the other side of the river from our view. Mentioned it to John, and the next thing we knew John was cleaning it up. Overall our stay of 6 nights were fantastic. Suggestions would be to have a managers walk around and maybe engage with customers and staff. Might learn something. If nothing else find something that needs fixin before a customer reports it. Some of the bath towels need replacing. Had rips in them. Tatered and worn. Very well equipped cabins. Loved the kitchen and equipment. All you have to bring is your food. We cooked and shared good times for 6 days. Very nice place to relax, and if you fish, fly or spinner, well there you go. Friends we were with loved to fish. “They had an awesome stay on the river” We will probably be back in the area next year for a week just because we can. Just a retire couple livin the dream.   Had a great time at 3Rivers over the week of the 4th. The cabin worked great for our family of 4 (kids 9 & 7 loved the loft space!). There was plenty of space for what we needed and the outdoor areas and river right out back are perfect.
  
  The resort itself is in a great location and the amenities on site are very good. We did rafting, fly fishing, and dining through the resort. We all look forward to returning soon.

  With lovely river sounds and scenery, we would play backgammon on the deck or wade to the flat rock to sit in the river. It was fun to watch people fly fishing or floating by in a raft. Our neighbors would have coffee with us at the river shore in the morning. (Bring a couple camp chairs)
  While this cabin is rustic and small, it is in the perfect location. It has all the amenities you need except for coffee (we like to bring our own anyway). The loft is super small and probably not a good fit for adults.
  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

  I needed a last minute reservation due to the severity of storms (was tent camping) and Three Rivers had a cabin on the river for rent. Comfortable, quiet, clean, but a bit pricey. Also, heads up if you are tall--the ceiling in the kitchen is quite low. Otherwise, recommend -- friendly staff and great location in Almont.

  My cabin was small along the Taylor River. The location was quiet and beautiful with a great view of the river. The downstairs bedroom had a queen sized bed along with a loft that has two beds, one on each side of the stairway. The bedroom was so small it was difficult to move around in the limited space between the bed and the wall. The bed itself was fine. The cabin itself was great but in my opinion, the bedroom bed was too large for the tiny bedroom.

  Was a very relaxing place and time. It was fantastic to wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the Taylor river. The cabin was perfect for the two of us and our Golden. The final evening we were blessed to have 23 Bighorn sheep come down for a drink of water right across the river from our cabin. The whole four day stay was a great way to start my retirement. We will return.
