Lodge Room B

Our lodge rooms offer hotel-style accommodations plus a kitchenette (no stove/oven) in every unit. These are the only units at the resort that offer air conditioning in the summer. They are located above the main store/office and are accessible from an interior stairwell or an exterior ramp. Like all of our lodging, we do not offer daily housekeeping. We supply basics like linens, soap and kitchenware. Guests supply shampoo, hairdryers and any food. Pets are not allowed in these rooms. The rooms are best suited for 2 people since there is only one bed.
• Queen size bed plus a sofa (not a hide-a-bed). If an extra bed is needed, please bring an air mattress or sleeping bag.
• Bathroom has a tub/shower
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, trash bags, dish soap
• Not included: Anything edible (coffee and filters available though), laundry detergent, hairdryer, shampoo and toiletries
• Parking in the main resort parking lot for one vehicle. Inquire about additional parking if needed.
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs are not allowed in these rooms. Nightly rate is based on 2 people. Maximum occupancy is 4 (but no more than 2 is recommended). Extra person fees may apply if more than 2 people. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time. For exact rates, enter your trip dates in the availability search.

  Bed was hard. Futon had been removed and replaced with couch so no room for more than 2. Clean. AC worked well. Would have liked more assistance from desk on where the third person was to sleep, although did work out because extended family left and we took their cabin.

  Great area, the Almont area/Taylor Canyon is an awesome fishing destination. 3 Rivers has some awesome amenities, though I think the lodge rooms left a little to be desired. They obviously do not get the benefit of scenic views or on river access, which is understandable at the price, but some outdoor space or balconies or a patio attached out back to use would be nice. The only real complaint I have was the very stiff mattress, the springs were tough and noticeable, I rolled over through out the night and on the last night woke up with one stiff hip because I think I was right on top of a spring. Otherwise management, facilities, and location were great as always, though I will probably focus on renting cabins with more outdoor access or sitting directly on the river.

  Didn't get much sleep....... Mattress was horrible and couch like a rock. Late night neighbors were incredibly noisy and rude. Room was immaculate & had everything we needed. Perfect location and helpful courteous staff. Couldn't get room to cool down despite opening window... had to run ceiling fan all night & it still didn't help.

  We are a family of four and stayed two nights for a wedding. The natural setting is beautiful. Accommodations in the main lodge were adequate. Small kitchen and bath with dining area. Clean and tidy. We had a nice time and were happy with the room. However, we mistakenly left one drawer in the bathroom full of some of our personal items. Completely our bad. We called them the day we left to inform them and asked that they leave the items with our friends (staying an extra night and checking out the next morning). They informed us that they would “either leave them with our friends or mail them the next day, no problem.” I offered to pay shipping, gave my address and asked for a call back. I called the next morning and evening. No direct knowledge of events were available. “We will let you know.” After two days of inquiring and number leaving, I still had no answer. No manager was available for two days. I kept leaving my number and asking for a call back. After inquiring for two weeks, I have yet to receive a callback, and was now told that “everything was thrown away immediately.” “COVID” they said. “Our official policy during these challenging times,” but never said a word about it for two weeks and apparently the 5 staff members I spoke to weren’t aware of the “office policy” either. It’s ok, everyone I spoke to was pleasant enough but I got the impression the management kinda sucked donkey spheres and the staff was just following their lead. In the end it felt like we got F’d in the A and left holding our D’s in the breeze. If you’ll pardon my alphabitz.
  The river rafting staff seemed pretty sweet and I’m sure it would be a great place for fly fishing. I don’t mean to deter all you fine peeps from staying at Three Rivers Resort. By all means go. You’ll probably love it. Just pick up your shiznit and do the final glanc

  Due to a change of plans we needed a place to stay in the Gunnison area and found Three Rivers. It was a beautiful location. The room was clean and had a small kitchen. However the mattress was awful! Even tho the bed was bad I will Definately be back and try a cabin.
